Our Audio Surveillance Transmitters shipped to addresses within the USA and Canada operate strictly on Amateur Radio frequencies. According to FCC regulations, they require licensing for legal operation. There are no restrictions on their sale or possession, however, TinyTx urges users to become familiar with and observe all laws and regulations governing Amateur Radio licensing and the operation of our transmitters. TinyTx does not advocate nor recommend remote monitoring, spying, or surveillance of persons via audio or video without their consent or without the permission of at least one participant.

While we are proud to provide innovative and high-quality surveillance devices, we want to emphasize that our products are not intended to be used for illegal or unethical purposes. We do not encourage nor condone the use of our devices to spy on humans without their knowledge or consent. It is crucial for our customers to understand and comply with local, state, and federal laws when using our products. We strongly advise all our customers to use our devices ethically and responsibly. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and agree to use them in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

LIMITATION OF WARRANTIES:

Customer agrees that use of the product shall be at Customer’s own risk, and Customer unconditionally and voluntarily assumes the entire risk of any and all accidents, incidents or personal injury, including death, which Customer or any third party may suffer, however caused.

INDEMNITY:

a. Customer agrees to indemnify and save the Company harmless against any loss, damage, cost, and expense customer may suffer or incur as a result of the use of the product;

b. Customer hereby agrees to hold harmless, indemnify and reimburse the Company, its officers, shareholders, directors and employees against all liabilities, claims, demands, actions, causes of action, damages, losses, costs, expenses, property damage, bodily injury or death, suffered or incurred by Customer and/or any third party as a result of the products provided by the Company or its agents, distributors, and/or resellers, and/or the use of products by the Customer, including, all fines, forfeitures, seizures, penalties, criminal sanctions and/or charges, and liabilities, criminal or otherwise, that may arise from any infringement or violation of any law or regulation from the use of the product.
